Communities, families, friends, schools, and companies. Keybase is for everyone, and it's growing fast. If your data is in the cloud, it should be encrypted. If you're putting people together, give Keybase a try.
Keybase for Desktop is more than a website. If you're comfortable working in a terminal, you should download the Keybase Windows app. You can do so much with it: sign, verify, encrypt, generate messages, sign code, move keys around, etc., all using GPG for the crypto.
Every account on the app has a public history. "Sigchains" let the clients reconstruct the present without trusting Keybase's servers. And when you "follow" someone on the software, you sign a snapshot of your view of the claims in their sigchain.
