Overview
With the Cricut Design Space desktop app, you can easily set up a new Cricut product, browse projects, start designing, and more. In your Downloads folder, double click the file named Cricut Design Space Install.exe
Rest assured – Cricut Design Space for Desktop works just as you expect, right down to its familiar layout. Instead of using a web browser, you’ll open it right from your computer’s tool dock or taskbar. With the new offline feature, you’ll be able to design any time, anywhere – even without an internet connection. Plus, you can expect more exciting new features later this year.
Once you install the new desktop app, you no longer need to go to a website to launch Design Space. Just open it like you would any other software on your Windows PC.
Things to know
The app remembers your sign-in. You won't have to sign in each time you launch unless you signed out of the last session. The app does not auto-save. Save your projects frequently as you design and before you quit the application.
Uninstalling Cricut Design Space
Select the Start icon in the lower-left corner of the screen and search Programs. Select the option to add or remove programs. This will open the Apps & features window. Use the search field to search "Cricut." Select Cricut Design Space from the list, then select the Uninstall button. Confirm that you wish to uninstall Cricut Design Space.
Which machines are compatible with Design Space?
Design Space is compatible with Cricut Joy machines, Cricut Explore series machines, and Cricut Maker series machines.
