Debloater is a very useful mobile phone tool that gives PC users total control over the third-party applications and core system services that are running on Android phones. With few clicks of the mouse, you can get a complete listing of the apps installed on your phone (including the applications installed by your mobile carrier) and then effortlessly block or unblock them, backup them, rename, sync them with your local data and much more.

Installation and Use
Debloater comes inside a very small installation package. This lightweight application will not tax your PC since it requires minimal CPU and memory resources. Its interface is stark and simplistic, with no visual flourishes or eye-catching graphics. The central element of the app is the listing page of all detected applications on your mobile device, with minimal tools visible on-screen (just two core buttons - Reading Device Packages and Unblock All Packages).
All the rest of the visual elements are focused on showcasing the state of your device (number of total packages, changed, blocked and unblocked apps), connection status, the presence of the activated toot mode, the serial number of the device, name of the device and its battery level. Pressing on the Read Device Package will activate the dropdown menu with tools for Backup, Display, Export, Import, and Restoring apps. All the interface elements of the app feature their own help tooltips, which is a great feature for novices. A detailed user guide for managing all the capabilities of this app can be found online.
To manage any of the listed apps, all you need is to select them and then pick one of the available actions. For example, you can permanently disable the loading of pre-loaded carrier apps.
While Debloater can run on all modern desktop or laptop PCs that run any modern version of Windows OS (XP, Vista, 7, 8 and 10), it can only establish a wired USB connection with mobile devices that run Android Kitkat (4.4) and have activated USB Debugging mode.
