Overview
DVD Flick is easy to use but powerful DVD authoring tool that allows users of all knowledge levels to convert local video files found on home and business PCs to standard video DVD format that can be played on all compatible DVD players, home media centers, or home cinema sets. To streamline the process of creating new DVD projects, this app has adopted a very simple UI that provides fast access to a versatile set of tools needed for basic video editing. The app shines best when user wants to quickly fill up a DVD disc with videos of their choice, but the app can also provide a wide variety of additional services such as adding subtitles, adding multiple audio tracks, configuring each video with advanced rendering options, and even adding an interactive DVD menu.
To install DVD Flick on your PC, all you need to do is to download a small archive that weights a bit over 10 MB in size. Simply activate the installer and follow the on-screen instructions, and the entire app will be added to your desktop PC or laptop, with desktop shortcuts and an automated uninstaller ready to be used whenever you like. The app is very lightweight, enabling fast and reliable operation even on very old PCs and laptops. Be aware that the process of building a finalized DVD content will require some time and will strain your PC CPU and hard drive while new files are being created.
To ensure that all users will have no need for external apps when creating Video DVDs, DVD Flick creators have ensured built-in support for a wide variety of video codecs, audio standards, and multimedia containers. In fact, this app can natively load and work with over 60 video codecs, 40 audio codecs, 45 file formats (file containers), and can also work with all the standard formats for text subtitles. To simplify the process of creation of Video DVDs, users also have the ability to burn DVD discs directly from the app.
The user interface of DVD Flick is built around the central video list area where you can add separate videos until the counter at the far left announces the lack of free space on the standard DVD disc. Each of the added videos can be customized via right-click menu, the videos can be re-arranged using simple tools on the far right, with all the rest of the project management tools being available via large icons on the top of the app window – New Project, Open Project, Save Project, Project Settings, Menu Settings, and Create DVD.
DVD Flick is 100% FREE and is optimized for all modern versions of Windows OS. It features no advertisements, timed limitation, premium unlocks, or hidden adware or spyware.
