Overview
iTop PDF is a fully featured PDF editor that allows Windows PC users of all knowledge levels to gain full access to their home, school, or work documents. Optimized from the ground up to take as few resources as possible and with an intuitive interface that is easy to use, this lightweight productivity and document management application has proven itself to be a valuable tool for offices of all sizes.

To get iTop PDF up and running on any desktop or laptop PC, users simply have to download an automated installer that will quickly deploy this app on local storage after just a few simple on-screen instructions. Once installed, users can start the app and explore its streamlined interface that uses a standard document manager layout, with the majority of the screen left for document viewing and editing. Main features can be found in the dropdown menus found on top of the app (Start, View, Convert, Edit, Comment, Protect, Pages, and Tools), while many tools are accessible via side tollbars or right-click menus.
The app feature set includes complete access to tools for “Editing” (adding text, images, links, annotations, freehand drawing, highlighting, and the ability to cut, copy or move any in-document object), “Converting” (with built-in tools for both transforming PDF documents into any popular office file, but also converting MS office files into PDFs), “Merge & Split” (single-click ability to either combine multiple PDF documents into one, or pick a breaking point and split the currently active document into multiple parts), “Compress” (reduce the size of PDF document without compromising its quality, with variable compression strength), and “Protect” (encryption tools and can prevent unauthorized users to access sensitive documents).
iTop PDF is a premium app, but it allows users to test its functionality in full during a FREE demo period. After this free license has run out, users are required to purchase a premium license (offered as a yearly subscription) on the official iTop website.
