Rise of Kingdoms is an expansive strategy and simulation game that allows PC and mobile payers to build one of the twelve available civilizations into a dominant force in a live multiplayer environment full of alliances and conflict. Originally built by Lilith Games for mobile platforms, this popular RPG simulation has finally arrived on PC with the help of Android emulation.
