Overview
Steam Achievement Manager is a lightweight and easily accessible gaming tool that can help users to not only easily track achievements they have collected in their Steam games, but also enable them a unique capability to alter achievements for any game you want. Built from the ground up to be as easy for users as possible, this application features tools for easy discovery of games you own and even easier access to achievement listing and manipulation.
The user interface of this app looks simple and outdated, but the tools hidden underneath is solid and proven to work reliably. With it, users can change the achievement data for every game that is hosted on the digital distribution platform Steam, and if you can’t easily find the game in the list by its name, you can also enter its Steam ID and add it to the list. The app showcases a single screen with a list of detected games, with only three main buttons located on the top – Refresh Games, Add Games, and the option to change the visual style of the game list. By clicking on any of the presented games, the game interface switches to the listing of the achievements this game features. This listing showcases the achievement icon, a flavor text, and a single checkmark box that users can click to make that achievement activated on Steam. On this screen a few more tools are visible – Refresh, Reset, Store, Lock/Unlock tool, and the separate Statistics tab.
The Steam Manager is not distributed online in an automated installer. Instead, you need to unpack it and place it into any directory outside of the Steam installation destination. Then you need to run steam, exit any game, and then run the Steam Achievement Manager app. The app will automatically detect the games that you have installed on your PC, with the option to add new ones via the in-app search tool. The only requirement for running this app is the presence of NET Framework 3.5 which does not comes bundled with this app.
Steam Achievement Manager is a small and lightweight app for altering your Steam game achievements. It is 100% Free and can run on both new and old versions of Windows OS.
